Buyer protection
Refunds and Terms
Clear expectations protect the buyer and the brand.
Premium work should feel precise before payment and accountable after delivery. These terms explain how refunds, corrections, and scope boundaries work for Meridian and Lascelles offers.
Fulfillment standardBefore work begins
For custom work, refund requests can be reviewed before research, delivery production, or scope-specific work begins.
After digital delivery
Access products and digital editions are generally not refundable after successful delivery, except for duplicate purchase, failed delivery, or clear platform error.
After custom work starts
Custom Meridian and Lascelles work is not automatically refundable once buyer-specific research, writing, planning, or production has begun.
Corrections
If a factual issue, broken file, or delivery failure occurs, the first remedy is correction or replacement of the delivered asset.
Scope changes
New cities, new venues, new campaigns, new audiences, or materially different work may require a separate order or written scope.
Scope boundaries
No product includes official tournament affiliation, tickets, hospitality access, legal advice, immigration advice, gambling advice, or travel booking.
No product guarantees revenue, attendance, rankings, reservations, viral reach, safety, access, or business outcomes.
Buyer-provided facts, rights, assets, and restrictions remain the buyer's responsibility.
Meridian and Lascelles may decline or void work that creates legal, safety, fraud, impersonation, or protected-mark risk.
