Premium delivery starts with precise intake.
Meridian does not sell vague promises. Each product has a defined buyer, delivery path, and correction standard. Desk-level work begins only when the scope is clear.
Refund policyPayment received
The buyer pays through Stripe using the selected Meridian or Lascelles product link.
Intake collected
We request the information required for the purchased product. Custom work does not begin until intake is complete.
Scope checked
For desk-level work, the request is reviewed against the purchased scope, available facts, and brand/legal boundaries.
Delivery prepared
The buyer receives the relevant access release, edition, private intelligence brief, or desk handoff.
Correction pass
Factual mistakes, delivery failures, or file issues are corrected. New scope requires a new order or written approval.
Access products
Digital delivery after checkout. Suitable for Matchday Access, Host Edition, Creator Access, and Creator Edition.
Venue products
Delivery depends on buyer intake: venue name, location, booking link, social links, event details, restrictions, and deadline.
Lascelles products
Private intelligence work requires city, dates, group profile, planning priorities, sensitivities, and deadline.
Desk products
Desk-level work is premium and reviewed before execution. Scope, intake, and constraints must be clear before delivery begins.
